This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Noti ce (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online on-line and on the African Development Bank Group's Internet Website on 17th February 2016 (www.afdb.org)

The Government of Uganda has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Farm Income Enhancement and Forest Conservati on Programme: Project- 2 (FIEFOC -2). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement of Works for the Constructi on of Irrigati on Schemes Infrastructure and Faciliti es in Nebbi, Oyam, Kasese, Butaleja And Kween Districts:- Lot 1: Wadelai Irrigati on Scheme in Nebbi District
