Uganda Cranes striker Hamis Kiiza has joined Sudanese side El Hilal El Obeid on one year contract from URA FC.

The former Simba and Yanga player last week left the country with his agent Sulaiman Mutyaba to undergo trials which he passed and subsequently underwent a medical to confirm his stay in Sudan.

Kiiza has enjoyed a fruitful spell since returning to the local scene from Free State Stars in South Africa to join URA. At URA, Kiiza scored six goals in ten games.
