My brother-in -law is inconsiderate

My sister who has been married for less than a year, has a traditional husband who believes women must do everything at home. My sister is seven months pregnant and in addition to her job,her husband insists he washes his clothes and other chores. I hate my brother -in-law's attitude. Should I express in his face?
