UCU Lady Cardinals v Olila S.S

Mutesa 1 Royal University v Gafford Ladies

UCU Lady Cardinals  and  Olila SS from Soroti each have a chance of winning a double this season.

This comes after both sides  were drawn in the semi-final  of the FUFA Women Cup draws conducted today at FUFA  House, Mengo. 

Both UCU and Olila have had a good season and are on verge of qualifying for the play-offs of the FUFA Women Elite League.

"The FUFA Women's Cup being a development competition and the first of its kind, we shall not play home and away in the semi-finals. In case of draws after 90 minutes, extra time will be played.

"If it still in a tie, spotkicks will be taken," said FUFA Competitions Director Ali Mwebe.

In the other semi-final, Muteesa 1 Royal University will play Gafford Ladies. The semi-finals are slated for early May.

The final of the first  edition of the  FUFA Women Cup will be played in Busia on a date to be communicated.
