Ndejje Elites women volleyball have fallen out of race for the 2017 African Women Club Championship.

They missed an opportunity to qualify for the quarterfinals after they lost their last group stage game in a decisive set to INJS of Cameroons 3-2 in Monastir, Tunisia Tuesday.

As the opponent set all eyes on attackers team captain Jepkirui Belinda and Christine Alupo, setter Jesca Kaidu combined well with Keren Nyakecho to ensure the Elites took the lead with 25-19.

They lost the second set 20-25, third 25-19 but recovered to win 25-21 and force a decisive set which they lost 15-11.
