Nince Henry changes singing style

During an exclusive interview with New Vision, Nince said that the album which was mastered in California is ready and will be out in April. “Everything has changed, the music, life style and the hair cut,” he added.

Musician and song writer Nince Henry real names, Henry Sekyanzi has said he will soon start singing songs in the mixture of English, Swahili and Luganda languages.

The Mpola Mpola singer called it, ‘re-branding' including the change in management and life styles.

During an exclusive interview with New Vision, Nince said that the album which was mastered in California is ready and will be out in April. "Everything has changed, the music, life style and the hair cut," he added.

On his favourite artiste in Uganda, he said, there are different artistes that have been behind the transformation of Uganda's music industry. He said Dr. Jose Chameleone is the number one followed by Bebe Cool and Radio and Weasel.

On best songwriters, Nince said he treasures A Pass, Radio and Chameleone. "Artistes like Geoffrey Lutaya, Ronald Mayinja, Navio, and Iryn Namubiru have all contributed to the transformation of our music industry," he stated.

He added that: "To me, consistency matters a lot, I respect every musician who started music before me and he's still releasing hits."

Who is Nince?

Born in Mukono about 28 years ago, Nince Henry is a Ugandan song writer and a musician.

He rose to prominence in Uganda's music industry after writing successful songs for some big musicians in Uganda like Bebe Cool, Juliana Kanyomozi, Iryn Namubiru and others
