Alcohol lovers to get free rides

Kampala is definitely the place you find people who wholeheartedly love their bottle and it seems like from this weekend till June you might not have to drive your own car but rather you will be identified as intoxicated and given a free uber ride back home. How cool!

There will be ambassadors on the ground at different hangouts engaging with consumers on responsible drinking this weekend and during those interactions, consumers who are already using uber will have a chance to win free rides by engaging in prescribed activities and spinning the wheel.

This is put together by the red card campaign until June this year in a bid to encourage zero tolerance to drink driving.
