Brian Bagyenda, a son of the Internal Security Organization (ISO) boss, accused of murdering his girlfriend Enid Twijukye has further been remanded to Luzira Prison till March 2.

Bagyenda, 29, alongside Vincent Rwahwire, 28 and Innocent Bainomugisha, 24, on Tuesday appeared before Nakawa Court Grade one Magistrate Margaret Aanyu to answer charges of murder.

However, the case was adjourned after State Prosecutor Joyce Anyango informed court that investigations were incomplete.

On February 1, 2017, the trio was charged with murder under section 188 and 189 of the Penal Code Act (PCA). Under the PCA, the offense carries a maximum penalty of death upon conviction.

Prosecution alleges that the accused, on January 4 2017 at Njobe road plot 2, Luzira, Nakawa division in Kampala district, with malice afore thought, unlawfully caused the death of Twijukye.
