Museveni, Qatari Premier hold bilateral talks

The President assured his guests that it is viable to invest in Uganda

President Yoweri Museveni held bilateral talks with the visiting Prime Minister of Qatar, Ahmed Bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud, who is also the Minister for Cabinet Affairs.

During the meeting that took place Saturday at State House, Entebbe, Museveni and his guest who led an eight-man delegation, discussed political and economic issues with a view to strengthening development in both countries. 

According to a State House release, Museveni assured his guests that it is viable to invest in Uganda a country which has the technical provisions and economic protection for any investment as mandated in the Constitution of 1995.
