The Government of Uganda has received fi nancing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Preparation of the Strategic Plan for Climate Resilience (SPCR), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to cover-up information gaps identifi ed and needed for, in the elaboration of the identifi ed SPCR investment prioritise through procurement of consultancy services to undertake an analytical study to review the individual and institutional capacity needs and design possible capacity strengthening activities for climate resilience. CLICK HERE FOR MORE
