Byanyima attacks government

Winnie Byanyima has attacked government personal grants to bishops in the Catholic Church which she says corrupts clerics and undermines the church.
The OXFAM Executive Director was the chief celebrant at this year's last mass by the association of Western Uganda Catholics living in Kampala, AMDA.
