The outgoing Electoral Commission (EC) chairperson Dr. Badru Kiggundu was accorded a befiting send off on Wednesday evening.
Prime Minister Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda praised Kiggundu for: "being a strong and focused man who stood insults from a section of Ugandans and still organized a free and fair elections which have seen Uganda remain peaceful."
Kiggundu who could not hide his joy, danced to Winnie Nwagi's popular songs as he bed farewell.
