He replaces Oscar Agaba who was demoted for disciplinary reasons

URA FC has appointed Jimmy Kulaba as the acting captain of the team. This was confirmed by the club through a statement.

"Jimmy Kulaba former assistant team captain has been appointed captain in acting capacity till the end of the season," read the statement.

He takes over from Oscar Agaba who was relieved of his duties over gross miss conduct. Agaba had taken over the captaincy from Simeon Masaba who retired at the end of last season.

Kulaba, a former Police player for four years, joined the Tax Collectors in July 2014 and was appointed Agaba's assistant this August.

He will be deputized by Julius Mutyaba who joined URA before the start of the 2016/17 season.
