Couples urged to desist from alcohol abuse

Alcoholism amongst married couples has been cited as one of the factors causing domestic violence in Acowa Sub County in Amuria district. 

Peter Jorem Okotum the area councillor said majority of people in Acowa Sub County have been victims of alcoholism something he says is wrong.

He noted that in order to reduce on the cases of domestic violence in the sub county, people should desist from over consumption of alcohol.
