With two games left to the end of the season, Tusker are currently top of the table in the league with 55 points, four ahead of defending champions Gor Mahia FC.
Tusker hosts AFC Leopards this Sunday while Gor Mahia will face Muhoroni Youth away on Saturday. If Gor Mahia fail to beat Muhoroni Youth then Tusker will be declared champions before they play their game.
Apart from Nkata, other Ugandans like Shafik Batambuze, Martin Kiiza and Hashim Sempala who are also at Tusker will have a chance of walking with a medal.
Batambuze who had a good season in Kenya, was early this week picked by the Uganda Cranes coach to face Zambia in a friendly on November 8th and World Cup qualifier against Congo Brazzaville on November 12th at Namboole.
