Government has disbursed millions of shillings to sub counties for various programs and projects
Arua RDC Peter Debele has advised LC3 chairpersons in Terego West constituency to be transparent while handling government grants.
He made the appeal during victory party celebrations for Terego West MP Moses Angundru in Katrini Sub County on Sunday.
Debele said government has disbursed millions of shillings to sub counties for various programs and projects which should be utilised well.
He said the work plans of the various projects should be displayed on notice boards for transparency.
Angundru said people should work hard to alleviate poverty while parents should send their children to school.
