Big League: Nyamityobora sink Kireka to continue revival

Nyamityobora defeated Kireka United 1-0 away at Namboole in the FUFA Big League to register only their second win of the season.

The Mbarara side currently sixth in the Rwenzori Group with seven points, endured a nightmare start to the season but have bounced with two consecutive victories.

Elsewhere, Boma Young settled for a 1-1 draw with Synergy at Boma Grounds in Hoima while Baza Holdings lost 1-0 to Entebbe in Kawempe.

In the Elgon Group, Kira United defeated Bright Light 1-0 while Kyambogo beat Sporting United 2-0.

In Busia, home side Busia Fisheries defeated Moroto United 2-0.
