The search for the body of a 30-year-old man who drowned in Lake Kyoga has entered day two.
Sam Omuria, a resident of Amuuria village in Pingire Sub County in Serere district reportedly drowned on Sunday evening.
The relatives have joined the local authorities in the search according to Godfrey Aseu, the LC1 chairperson of Amuuria village.
The OC Pingire Police Station Akol Osakan lamented that the search is being complicated by waterweed but they are trying their best to recover the body.
