First timers Teso College Aloet and Rainbow International have found the going tough in the on-going Pepsi Boys Cricket Week.

The two new sides have failed to impress after two days of action following the excitement and expectations from the two camps after they qualified for the showpiece event last month.

The Teso outfit which has a cast of Gnext Challenge products looks disoriented and this has cost them four games as their chances of making it out of Group A remain virtually impossible.

"We have tried to create coordination in the team but somehow the boys have lost it, failing to execute the instructions given" Teso College coach Ivan Kakande said.

Brian Apunyo, Andrew Omule, Emma Mwijukye, Hussein Lugomba, and Derrick Angato were expected to propel Teso College forward given their experience from the Gnext Challenge but they have failed to live up to the billing.

For coach John Tumusiime's Rainbow International, his side has only have one win and that was against fellow minnows Teso College on Monday at the Budo Oval where man of the match Vishnu Manapeli hit a brisk 44 runs from 35 balls and Parthil Vasavada claimed 2/12 with the ball.

Rainbow sits in 5th place with only Teso below them in the group.
