SC Villa appoint Sserumaga as new captain

SC Villa have appointed Mike Sserumaga as their new captain.

Sserumaga will be the third skipper to guide SC Villa in three seasons. Last season, Jonathan Mugabi  who was  released  by  the  club,  led the team after taking over from Isaac Kirabira in 2015.

Sserumaga joined the Jogoos early this year to add more experience and steel to team during their CAF Confederation Cup engagements.

The former Helsingborgs (Sweden) and St. George's F.C(Ethiopia)  player will be  assisted by the club's new signing from Bright Stars Bernard Muwanga

Sserumaga follows in the footsteps of Mugabi, Isaac Kirabira, Tony Ndolo, Hakim Magumba, Edgar Watson and Paul Hasule as captain of SC Villa.
