Agricultural Business Initiative (aBi) Trust

Summary

aBi is looking to acquire and implement a Grant Management System (GMS), to support the organisations compliance, processes and protocols to both its internal administrative obligations, and satisfy the reporting requirements of its development partners.

The system must be a comprehensive solution bringing together aBi's controls and measures for successful grant making across aBi's 100+ Implementing Partners (IP's). It should cover monitoring and evaluation KPI's, accountabilities for all implementing partner spending, field visit results, and ultimately provide aBi with a platform to enforce all the necessary checks and balances for effective decision making.

The Completed Expression of Interest and accompanying documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes and clearly marked "EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR INSTALLATION, IMPLEMENTATION AND TRAINING OF A GRANT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" and addressed to:

The Expression of Interest and accompanying documents must be deposited at aBi, Umoja House, 2nd Floor, Plot 20 Nakasero Road, Kampala at 10:00am sharp on or before 22rd July 2016 and they will be opened in public immediately and thereafter in the presence of the firms' representatives who chose to attend at the aBi Office on 2nd Floor, Umoja House, Plot 20 Nakasero Road. Applications not received and not opened in the public opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
