FIFA congratules UPL champions KCCA FC

FIFA President Gianni Infantino has congratulated the newly crowned champions Azam Premier League champions, KCCA FC.

In a letter dated June 9, 2016, Infantino said that, "It gives me great pleasure to send my heartfelt congratulations to Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Football Club and their indomitable team on this great achievement".

"This title is the result of determination of everyone involved and my congratulations go to the players, the coach, the entire technical and medical staff and the fans," he added.

KCCA FC Vipers SC and Express FC in the last bend of the league to claim the 2015/2016 trophy and emerged top in the 16 team league.
