Kyambogo College School looking to retain their woodball title

The Kampala based side finished with four strokes ahead of their Entebbe opponents Mary Reparatrix Girls' Secondary School.
Kyambogo College School woodball players will be aiming to retain title at the ICPAU Junior Woodball Championship next season.
Brenda Birungi set the pace for the Kyambogo side scoring 68 strokes to top the girls table while her teammates Leticia Kwagala, Christabella Nakigudde and Beatrice Alinda added 75, 76 and 77 strokes to tally to 296 strokes in 12 fairways to win the girls category.

Kyambogo went ahead to also win the boys category with Simon Otim, Allan Ngero, Phillip Nadiope and Ivan Ssemakula scoring 62, 62, 64 and 65 strokes respectively to top the table with 253 strokes.
They finished ahead of St. Kizito High Namugongo with 276 strokes in second place and Luzira S.S (278strokes) in third.
Green Acer emerged winners with 221 strokes followed by Kiddawalime Preparatory and Nalugala Muslim with 244 and 247 strokes respectively in the girls primary schools category.
In the boys side Green Acers again won with 216 strokes while Bombo Barracks and Nalugala Muslim were second and third with 217 and 232 at the 7th edition of the schools event that was sponsored by ICPAU to a tune of sh7.4m.
