ICPAU pledged to extend its support for as long as they can

Uganda Woodball Federation (UWbF) general secretary Collins Ssemmanda has applauded the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) for living to their promise to promote the sport among youngsters. 

Ssemmanda made the remarks at a press briefing held at the UWbF offices in Mengo after ICPAU unveiled their sponsorship of sh7.4m towards the Junior Woodball Championship slated for Saturday at Kings College Budo. 

"It's a greatly honour to partner with ICPAU and we are pleased to mention that their support has helped us move miles in trying to promote the game among the youth," Ssemmanda stated.    

Meanwhile ICPAU's public relations manager Simon Oola pledged to extend their support for as long as they can.

"We pledge to continue supporting the schools event until we feel that UWbF is now capable of standing on its own then maybe we shall pull out," he said.
