Ssebuguzi, Mangat, Blick eye Fort Portal glory

The crews will compete in seven sections starting with the 16km Kabagambe section.

Top rally crews Jas Mangat, Arthur Blick, Ronald Ssebuguzi, Duncan Mubiru and Kuku Ranjit enter the cockpit Saturday focused on winning the Mountains of the Moon rally.

It is going to be a battle for supremacy between Mitsubishi Evos and Subarus.

Starting off the super special stage today at Boma ground, Ssebuguzi, Mangat, Kuku, and Blick in Mitsubishi Evo10 will be battling Hassan Alwi (Subaru N14) and Blick (Subaru N10).

The crews will compete in seven sections starting with Kabagambe (16km) and Mabeereganyina mwiru (14km) before heading for service.

 "I know am on a disadvantage opening the route because of the risks involved but I am ready to go and we shall push the car," said Ssebuguzi.

Drivers will then traverse the 16km Mabale section, then to Mpanga (27.9km) followed by the 23km Kagaba section before ending the rally by repeating the Mabale and Mpanga sections.
