Dr. Ashraf ready for Fort-Portal rally

The 2008 national rally champion Dr.Ahmed Ashraf is ready to take on the other top drivers in the Mountains of the Moon rally in Fort Portal on June 3 to 5.

Dr.Ashraf navigated by Peter Stone dropped out of the Masaka rally early this month after rolling off the road.

"We are fine and set to go in Fort Portal in either Subaru N8 or the N14," Dr.Ashraf told the New Vision.

"We ordered for the spares of the N14 but if they don't arrive in time, N8 is ready for the fight," the OiLibya sponsored driver added.

On Thursday Dr.Ashraf presented the Subaru N14 at the launch of the Mountains of the moon at Lugogo.
