Mama Fiina into Kifeesi Music

She might be an herbalist and a super traditional healer but her philanthropic works never go unnoticed.

She is finally injecting into music not just music but Kifeesi music after the one Kifeesi member called Razor Blade impressed the healer and she donated a sum of sh4m towards his career.

Mama Fiina, real name Sylvia Namutebi, who is the head of traditional healers in Uganda, has pledged to inject millions of money in one of the members of Kifeesi group and upcoming Lugaflow rapper known as Razor Blade.

The rapper has vowed to change his ways and even change his looks to match the standards of a true Ugandan rapper.
