Seven new judges sworn in

President Yoweri Museveni appointed the judges in March this year.

Seven new judges of the High Court of Uganda have been sworn in at a ceremony held at State House Entebbe.

President Yoweri Museveni appointed the judges in March this year.

They include: Flavian Zeija, Anne Mugenyi Bitature, Moses Kawumi Kazibwe, Ketra Katunguka, Susan Okalany, Anthony Ojok Ayuko and Stephen Mubiru.

Last September President Museveni elevated 11 judges and appointed a new one to the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
