Hailstorm destroys property in Mbarara

Hailstorm has hit Kyarwabaganda cell in Kakiika division, Mbarara municipality leaving property worth millions of shillings destroyed.

Over 40 families have been affected.

Some of the affected people told Radio West that they request government to come to their rescue.

They said that they mainly survive on bananas for both food and household income; they are worried about their future.
