Students from various schools in the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Kampala on Saturday converged at Saint Mary's Senior Secondary School, Nkozi, in Mpigi district, to mark eight years of the inception of the Pro-life Movement.
The movement was founded by Archbishop Cyprian Kizito Lwanga as a Catholic youth apostolate, with the main aim of promoting a culture of life.
Members of the movement, who are mainly students of secondary schools and Universities, promote the culture of life by sensitizing fellow youth about the dangers of vices like abortion, domestic violence, mob-justice and promiscuity, which destroy their life and the life of others.
