YWCA graduates cautioned against incompetence

The director industrial training at the ministry of education, Masoolo Samuel sounded the warning during the graduation ceremony of 615 students of YWCA institute on Friday evening.



Graduates have been warned against incompetence at work places because they risk losing their jobs.
 
The director industrial training at the ministry of education, Masoolo Samuel sounded the warning during the  graduation ceremony of 615 students of YWCA institute on Friday evening.
 
He said employers are complaining that the graduates' incompetence at their work places does not match with their academic qualifications and have resorted to employing foreigners.
