There has been a war of words underneath. And all this was because of song theft.

Little known Lyto Boss who happens to be a songwriter has for more than a year claimed that Iryn Namubiru stole his song and recorded it without paying for it.

Along with his ally Catherine Kusasira, Lyto Boss has won the ‘Anjagala' song battle in court, a case which has been on for the past five months.

According to an insider, we understand that musician Iryn Namubiru under Fusion Records Band dragged Kusasira and Lyto Boss to court on grounds that the two connived to get money illegally by claiming that they didn't receive payment of the ‘Anjagala' song written by Lyto Boss.

Iryn Namubiru said that she gave the money to singer Kusasira who worked as an agent to Lyto Boss in this deal.

The latest is that Iryn Namubiru has lost the case to Kusasira as court dismissed the case due to absence of convincing evidence pinning the two.

However, Lyto Boss has vowed to step up his case against Iryn Namubiru who he claims stole his song.
