The Police commanded by Andrew Felix Kaweesi, who is the current in-charge of Kampala Metropolitan region, have surrounded the offices of opposition Forum for Democratic Change in Najjanankumbi along Entebbe Road.

A witness at the scene says there is a standoff as Military and regular police disperse supporters that have gathered at the offices with tear gas.
