THE PERMANENT SECRETARY/SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY INFORMS THE UNDER-LISTED PENSIONERS TO REPORT TO THEIR LAST DUTY STATIONS (MINISTRY, AGENCY OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT WHERE THEY RETIRED FROM) FOR VERIFICATION BETWEEN 14TH JANUARY TO 12TH FEBRUARY, 2016. ANY PENSIONER WHO WILL NOT BE VERIFIED BY THE STATED DEADLINE WILL BE ASSUMED TO BE NON-EXISTENT
THE LISTED PENSIONERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT VALID IDENTIFICATION, COPIES OF PREVIOUS DOCUMENTS OF EMPLOYMENT AND PROVISIONAL BANK STATEMENT COVERING THE PERIOD THEY HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. PENSIONERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SUBMIT TAX IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS (TIN). (See list below)
