The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development(MEMD) is in the process of prequalify/soliciting competent contractors and consultants firms / associations for the provision of works and services for Physical Resettlement of Project Affected Persons (PAPs) and other civil works of Hydro Power Projects in Uganda and other Ministerial Projects.
