A day to the FIM Central Africa Motocross Challenge at Busiika, 2012 MX85 cc national champion, Ali Omar Yasser has promised motocross fans value for their money on Easter Sunday at Busiika in the FIM Africa Central Africa Motocross Championship.

A day to the FIM Central Africa Motocross Challenge at Busiika, 2012 MX85 cc national champion, Ali Omar Yasser has promised motocross fans value for their money on Easter Sunday at Busiika in the FIM Africa Central Africa Motocross Championship.
 

In an exclusive interview with the young stars during break time at Aga Khan primary school, Ali Omar Yasser aka Bobo, Wazir Omar (85cc) and Waleed Omar (65cc) told the New Vision that they will step on the track on Sunday expecting nothing less than a podium finish in the 85cc category.
 

“We have trained and expect what you saw in Garuga last month. The only difference is that we shall be battling for the regional trophy with the Kenyans,” Bobo confidently stated.
 

“I know it is going to be tough as defending champion Alistair (Blick) and Elias (Sherman) are all targeting the same crown, but I know my focus,” Bobo added flanked by his brothers Wazir and Waleed Omar.
 

Waleed also added that it’s high time he wins the regional 65cc class crown.

Maina leads Kenya 25-man squad

The absence of Ivan Guya and Shivamu Vinayak in the Kenyan Squad is an additional bonus to Uganda team in the MX1 category at the 2014 FIM Africa Central Africa Championship (CAC) in at Busiika on Easter Sunday.
 

Kenya has entered a 25man team led by Tutu Maina who will be Maxime Van Pee’s top rival in the event on Sunday.
 

“Victory is ours but the absence of those two (Shivam and Guya) is a bonus for us to dominate the MX1 class and stretch the point Margin further,” Brian Tumusiime the organising committee president stated.
