The mere thought of going top in the FUFA Super League would excite most coaches but not Kira Young tactician Haruna Kebba.

After Kebba’s side beat Express to take the lead on Saturday, Haruna described the result as a “small detail.”

Kebba, who earlier in the day quit his job as a FIFA instructor to concentrate on coaching, said he not about to put his side under pressure to win the title.

“Mine is a young side. All I tell them is to keep winning. Telling them to go for the trophy would be putting them under undue pressure. If the title comes, it will be a big bonus.”

Emmanuel Obitre was Kira’s star on Friday netting the crucial winner that put his side in the lead for the second time in three months.

At Kakindu Vipers, who started off the day in the league lead, surrendered that status after a 2-1 loss at Kakindu. They were beaten by Bul Bidco. Crespo Asiku and Joseph Mpande had a goal each for Bidco while Joseph Mpande scored for the visitors.
