President Yoweri Museveni has paid tribute to the late Rainer Gottlieb Koehler, the Chairman ROKO Construction Limited, saying Koehler was a hard working man who loved Africa and especially Uganda.
Speaking at a funeral service on Wednesday at All Saints Cathedral - Nakasero, the president said Koehler endured a lot of challenges to build a remarkable construction firm.
