The Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) has prepared Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), Social Assessement (SA), a Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF)and an indigenous People Planning Framework (IPPF) for the proposed Global Partnership for Education (GPE) Project for Teacher and School Effectiveness in Uganda.
The project is expected to commence in Financial Year 2014/15 and estimated to take three years. It will be financed by the Global Partnership for Education Catalytic Fund, managed and implemented by Ministry of Education and Sports, supervised by the World Bank and coordinated by the Education Development Partners.
