PROVISION OF CANTEEN SERVICES FOR UCC STAFF FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

1. The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Canteen services for UCC staff for a period of one (1) year.
2. The Commission invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Canteen services for UCC Staff for a period of one (1) year.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from UCC and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 8.30 hours to 17.00 hours during working days.
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below in No. 8(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000 (Uganda Shillings one Hundred Thousand Only) . The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft payable directly to the Uganda Communications Commission.

SECTOR STRATEGY AND INVESTMENT PLAN (SIP)

1. The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of services for developing a fiveyear ICT Sector Strategy and Investment Plan with the objective of ensuring coherence in policy coordination, planning, budgeting and implementation of ICT initiatives and priorities in the country.
2. The Commission invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of services for developing a five-year ICT Sector Strategy and Investment Plan.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Commission and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in No. 8(a) from 8.30 hours to 17.00 hours during working days
