The Association for strengthening Agricultural Research in Eastern and Central Africa (ASARECA) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Support to Agricultural research in Eastern and Central Africa, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The main objectives of the consultancy are to assess the quality of the OP-I design and implementation arrangements, analyze effectiveness of OP-I in addressing the agricultural challenges of the sub-region and present lessons learned, And finally to Critically undertake economic analysis and assess achievements of the implemented projects.
