Ugandan 800m runner Moses Musagala has joined England based Pace Sports Management, which is managed by Ricky Simms.

The management company handles some of the world's best runners including Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt, UK's Mo Farah and Christine Ohurugu, who were all gold medalist at both the Olympics and World Championships.

They also have US's Galen Rupp among other Kenyan runners like Vivian Cheruiyot and Linnet Masai.

The semi-finalist at the World Championships, put pen to paper on a one year contract with Ricky Simms the agent who already has three Ugandans Moses Kipsiro, Timothy Toroitich and Thomas Ayeko in his stable.

The company also handled Boniface Kiprop, Abraham Chepkirwok and Isaac Kiprop at one time.

"There were so many people coming up and I decided to choose Pace Sports because of the offer they were giving. It is a learning process and I am willing to give it all for the one year," said Musagala after arriving in the country.

The contract involves Musagala getting high altitude training to improve on his skills, getting a kit sponsor and also having an opportunity to compete in international events.

"I am just hoping that all will go well with me and I start training at the earliest opportunity," said Musagala on the new deal.

Musagala has been promised to join the Pace camp in Kenya, where he is most likely to rub shoulders with Farah and US's Rupp, who was a silver medalist at the London 2012 Olympic Games.

"It is my time to shine and I will do that," said Musagala, who added that he will talk to his coach Raphael Kasaja over that.
