Rotarians have asked the African leaders to borrow a leaf from them and hand over power to other leaders.

"In rotary, there is a president. A president elect and a presidential nominee meaning that when I am in power, I already know who is next in the line and we lead for only one term. Whatever you don't do in one year, you are done because you don't stand again," said Hajati Rhemah Kasule the new elected president for Rotary club of Kampala- Impala.

Speaking during her installation at Kati-Kati Restaurant, Hajati Kasule said: "Let the general public and our leaders in Africa know that there is a time to go, I have led and done with my part. Let me give others to also to do their part," she said.

She said that once this is adopted by all African leaders, the continent will cherish peace and prosperity because it will promote diligence amongst the leaders.

Kasule during her tenure, promised to mentor young leaders in secondary schools on business acumen sand leadership.

"Let's not talk about leadership when people are already old; we need to talk about leadership when people are still young, "she said.

She said in her tenure, she will focus on medical camps in the slums of Kawempe to cater for people who cannot access medication on top of talking compounds in the schools.

The district governor for District 9211, Robert Wagwa Nsibirwa, while officiating at the installation said they intend to focus on empowerment of youth under the (visionapowa) meaning youth into work programme.
