The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds to be used for development of a system that aligns the organisation behind a shared vision of excellence, and optimizes resources to ensure attainment of organization’s goals.
1. The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) has allocated funds to be used for development of a system that aligns the organisation behind a shared vision of excellence, and optimizes resources to ensure attainment of organization’s goals.
The system should guide the organisation through balancing the financial and non-financial aspects of the organization for sustainable improvement. This should be done through development of proper strategies to guide resource utilisation and align work done by staff towards attainment of desired results through efficient processes.
2. The Commission now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Provision of Services for Development and Implementation of a Balanced Score Card.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
