Mary Kisekka buried next to husband

United in love with a marriage on February 3, 1940, Dr. Samson Kisekka and wife Mary lived together until death separated them in 1999. Dr. Kisekka died in London where he had been flown for specialised treatment

United in love with a marriage on February 3, 1940, Dr. Samson Kisekka and wife Mary lived together until death separated them in 1999. Dr. Kisekka died in London where he had been flown for specialised treatment. 


Today, Wednesday, hundreds of mourners gathered at the couple’s family home in Temangalo, Wakiso District, to lay Mary Nanfuka Kisekka next to her life sweetheart.

Nanfuka Kisekka, died aged 92 in her sleep on Saturday, according to her son Walugembe Kisekka.

The spanking disciplinarian and Gayaza High School Old Girl is remembered for among other things disciplining children in the neighbourhood that she found playing instead of going to school.
