The Government of Uganda has received a loan from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) to co-finance the District Livelihood Support Programme (DLSP) in 13 Districts in various parts of Uganda. Parts of the proceeds of this loan are to be utilized for the Rehabilitation of Community Access Roads (CARs) in selected 10 District.
Therefore the Ministry of Local Government, on behalf of the respective District Local Governments now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction/Rehabilitation of Community Access Road in these districts. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the National Competitive Bidding procedure contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal Assets Act, 2003 and the IFAD Procurement Guidelines. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of The Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit, of the respective District Local Governments during working hours (9:00am to 5:00pm).
