Invisible Children exists to bring a permanent end to LRA atrocities through the protection and improvement of the quality of life of communities affected by the LRA Conflict.
2. Invisible Children, Regional Office has allocated funds and hereby invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed technical and financial bids for provision of legal services to its regional offices including Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic and South Sudan.
