Urban TV wins best TV station accolade

Over the weekend, the eighth edition of Mountain Dew Buzz Teens Awards took place at Kati Kati grounds, Lugogo amid tight security, attracting hundreds of youthful fun-loving people.

 It started off vibrantly but it seems all that came for the event came to either impress someone or be impressed by everyone with the kaleidoscope of fashion attempts and trendy mannerisms witnessed at the grounds.

The fun was kick started by the day's hosts, radio personality Dave Dash and MC Hypeman, who threw a fully packed crowd in frenzy singing and dancing to songs played by deejays in the booth.



Then the two began ushering in performer after performer, as well as doling out accolade after accolade.

The big winners of Buzz Teeniez accolades were Vision Group's Urban TV for "Best Teeniez TV Station" and "Best Teeniez TV Show" for Scoop N Scoop, Mun G (Best Teeniez Male Artiste) and Irene Ntale (Best Teeniez Female Artiste).

Teeniez Gospel Artist 2015 - Exodus

Popular TV personality MC Kats used the moment to propose to his girlfriend, Fille, during her performance time and it got teenagers talking and whispering about it the entire afternoon.

Some of the performers included Jose Chameleone and his sons, Irene Ntale, Sheebah Karungi, Winnie Mwanje, Vampino, Bebe Cool, Navio and so many others.
