Al Ahly Shandy 1-1 Al-Hilal Kadugli
Al-Ahly Shandi and Al-Hilal played to a 1-all draw in Kadguli on Saturday afternoon, a result that paved way for URA to finish second in group ‘C’ and sail into the quarter finals of the Cecafa-Kagame Cup.
URA is now destined to fly to El-Fasher City early next week to prepare for their quarter final match on Thursday afternoon. Their opponents in El-Fasher are still not known until the last group ‘B’ matches are played on Monday.
If Express loses to Electric FC tomorrow, chances will be high that the two Ugandan clubs may clash in the quarters. URA that finished second in group ‘C’ behind Al-Ahly Shandi plays the second team in group ‘B’.
Express is currently second on the table behind Ports FC. Bothy clubs have four points but Ports has a goal advantage. It was however tears in Kadguli City as the home side Al-Hilala failed to make it to the quarter finals. Both players and team officials shed tears after the last whistle.

Al-Hilala needed a 2-1 over Al-Ahly Shandi for both clubs to advance and knock out URA but the match ended 1-1.
URA will play the quarter finals with their head coach Paul Nkata on bench. He has joined the club in Khartoum.
The regional club soccer championship is being held in North Darfur and South Kordofan in Sudan.
