Background to Reproductive Health Uganda
Reproductive Health Uganda (RHU), has contributed signifi cantly towards comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and rights in Uganda. RHU is an indigenous not-for-profit, volunteer-based grass root level organization that is affiliated to the International Planned Parenthood Federation. The organization is aligned to, and tries to respond to national priorities and the international development agenda articulated in the overarching National Development Plan and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)
